    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:

    • Business Process Analysis:

       Design and recommend solutions that align with the client's business goals. Support the implementation of solutions, including system configurations, process improvements, and change management activities.

    • Project Management Support:

    • Reporting & Communication:
       Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients. Effectively communicate findings, solutions, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Key Requirements:

    • Education:
       A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

    • Experience:
       1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or in a similar role, ideally within a consulting firm or working with small to mid-sized businesses.

    • Skills & Competencies:

      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.

      • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
